01 Project of Identification Card (ID)
Project of the Integrated Management Platform of Identity Card (ID) and Criminal Registration (RC), includes software and hardware development, paradigm shift in terms of technology, but also approach in terms of processes and integration, ensuring a positive experience with citizen.
02 Angola Tax and Customs System Project
The Angola SIGT and SIIAT projects were signed by Angolan Ministry of Finance and Tax Management Administration in 2017. However, until end of 2019, more than half of the contract implementation period passed, the practical implementation progress is only 14.56% for SIGT and 7.19% for SIIAT, with major implementation risks.

03 Project CISP
Comprehensive Project Design and Management Technology Consultation and Financing Coordination
Public security to the Ministry of the Interior, which properly integrated data related to public security. A unified system for data acquisition, analysis, decision support and decision application was built. Supported case investigation and identity verification more than 500 times a month, posted surveillance notice more than 1100 times a month, and acquired about 200,000 data records from other ministries per month. The project raised the work efficiency of the Ministry of the Interior and the Intelligence Services.
04 Project BI card supply
In June 2021, UNIPRIME cooperate with Mitrelli quickly provided 1 million blank cards to Angolan government, solving the emergency of the shortage of blank cards.
In Oct 2021, UNIPRIME signed a contract with the MINJUSDH to provide 15 million blank cards, corresponding consumables and 500 sets of information collection equipment, update the production line application system, and one year production line operation and maintenance services, including spare parts supply. On the eve of the general election, UNIPRIME responded to the request of the MINJUSDH, urgent supply of 1 million blank cards and 100 sets of information collection equipment was provided in advance of down payment from Angola Government, which ensured the high-load operation of ID card issuance during the election period and avoided the crisis of shortage of inventory and insufficient collection equipment.
05 MINJUS-MAT BI and Election data Interoperation, and data center expansion
Standardize and Structuring Citizens’ basic information (Biographic Information), integration and intermigration of the ID card database and election database, providing technical conditions and technical environment for replacing election cards by ID cards in Angola. In terms of application development and services, UNIPRIME cooperated with MINJUS technicians, MAT technicians and SINFIC consulting team to realize efficient technical communication, created data and business solution. Based on the services and conditions established by UNIPRIME, such as data standardization, expansion of CPBI data center, data sharing platform construction and business rules for the MINJUSDH, the full amount of citizen data(>18 years old) has been synchronized to MAT, with stable and real-time performance, ensured the smooth progress of the general election. At the same time, UNIPRIME also provided a technical solution for the BUAP in collecting the basic information of citizens for issuance of birth/death certificate and ID cards, so that the BUAP can have part of functions of the Front Office in near future.
06 Project SIRAUTO
With the promulgation of the new vehicle registration law, UNIPRIME invested massive resources in the early stage to cooperate with the MINJUSDH to start the demand analysis. The development work was completed only within 3 months after the contract was signed, and the operation of the pilot station (Kilamba No. 10 station) was completed within half a year. It is highly integrated with the ID card business system and utilizes the existing infrastructure to offer efficient and convenient business for citizens at low cost.
07 Artificial intelligence laboratory
We supported Ministry of the Interior to build the artificial intelligence laboratory. 1300 minutes of voice recognition exercise, 200 face and vehicle plate number recognition are carried out every month. The accuracy rate of voice recognition reaches over 80%, the face recognition reaches over 95%. We efficiently increased the analysis & judgment capacity and work efficiency of CISP. We made Angola to enter the group of advanced artificial intelligence.
08 HR management system for the Ministry of Interior
We developed the HR Management System for more than 180,000 police staff and other employees in Ministry of Interior, the functions cover all HR modules such as recruitment, training, remuneration and so on. Paperless office administration was introduced to the Ministry of Interior.
09 Secure Remote Work Platform
The secure remote work platform, integrates remote work and timely communication function, and supports remote communication, high quality voice and video call, multi-terminal access, online meeting of 1000 people.
