Our team helped Angola’s Ministry of Justice and Human Rights to develop and improve a unified national demographic information center and a unified platform for identity card services and demographic information sharing. The platform has provided more than a billion records of information to the Ministry of the Interior, AGT, the Ministry of Land and Resources, GUE and INSS, which has significantly improved the efficiency of the government’s work and strengthened data integration between the country’s ministries. In particular, inter-ministerial interoperability was achieved for voter information, allowing citizens to quickly issue identity cards at any office with their electoral cards. In addition, data has been shared for the civil registry and identity card services, so that citizens can obtain birth certificates, identity cards and other identity documents at the same time, after a single collection of information, thus providing one-stop-shop services.
